2. Does YouthIconz have a retail outlet anywhere?

 Yes, we have a retail outlet in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Address same as our head office. You can visit our shop or even shop online sitting at your home or office and get it delivered to your location.

3. Do you provide cash on delivery?

 Yes,We are offering cash on delivery service to selected pin codes in India.

4. Can I return a product?

 Yes you can return product, please refer to our Return Policy

5. Can I cancel the order after the order is confirmed?

 Yes, you can cancel it if the item is not shipped out of our facility. In case if the same is shipped out then you need to follow the return procedures. Please check My account section for the status updates.

6. How secure are the transactions through YouthIconz?

7. What type of payment methods YouthIconz accept? 

Payment can be done by credit card, debit card, Google Pay and net banking. Cash on delivery is available for selected postal codes in India.

8. How long will it take to receive my order?

 All the items displayed in our website are in stock, we process all orders received by 1200 hrs (Indian Time) on the same day and ship out through our couriers. Delivery time to each area is based on the transit time provided by our shipping partner. You can track the order movements in my account section and alternatively copy the tracking number from My Account section and track in the respective courier company website.

9. Do you ship products out of India? 

Yes, Currently you can place order from United Arab Emirates directly from our website. However for all other international delivery requests, please contact us on WhatsApp +91 8390205500 and we will update you the process and possibility of delivery.

10. Will I get a confirmation once the order is placed?

 Yes, once your order is confirmed, you will get an e-mail/SMS from us with order reference number and all other details.
